The Back to Balance Test® offers a specialised Intolerance and Sensitivity Test designed to identify food, environmental, and respiratory triggers that can contribute to chronic health conditions such as allergies, skin issues, IBS, bloating, and ADHD.

We test for over 200 items, primarily food-based, but also include environmental and respiratory triggers such as dust, pollen, and mould.

You can book your test online or visit one of our partner pharmacies for a walk-in service. Click the “Book Now” button on our website to schedule your appointment.

Our test is suitable for anyone suffering from chronic conditions such as allergies, skin issues, ADHD, or gut imbalances. We even offer testing for babies (aged 0+) using a saliva swab, making it accessible for children, adults, and the elderly.

The test costs £299, which includes a consultation with one of our specialists. We also offer a walk-in service at partner pharmacies where you can pay directly. Pearl patients can benefit from a complimentary re-test.

While results vary depending on your condition, many clients notice improvements within a few weeks of following their personalised elimination and supplementation plan. We recommend retesting after two to three months to track progress.

Yes, the cost of the test includes a consultation with one of our specialists. During the consultation, we will explain the results and provide a tailored dietary and supplement plan to help you manage your health better.
