Instruction for Use
Avoid the inconvenience of GP visits, messy collection kits, and unsatisfactory results. Each kit is delivered directly to your door and includes everything required to provide a small blood sample, along with a prepaid return envelope for sending your sample back to us.
Your Journey to Better Balance: Allergy Test Instructions
Step 1: Receive your test kit.
Open the box and complete the form accurately.
Write your name on the label on the side of the box.
Step 2: Collect Your Sample
Our 5-minute finger-prick or saliva swab test can be easily done at home. Simply collect 2–3 drops of blood and post the sample to our laboratory.
Step 3: Send the test via post.
Place the sealed vial into the bio-specimen bag and place it back into the box.
Place it inside the prepaid shipping box and seal it securely with the Back to Balance Test sticker.
Send back your sample using the shipping carrier listed on your return label.
Drop the postage-paid package into a designated shipping company location or a local postbox.
Step 4: Received the Indepth Report within 5 working days.
